Originally from a small town in southeast Minnesota, Hal is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in business and an emphasis in marketing. He also serves as the president of the Highway 2 West Manufacturer’s Association. When he’s not working, Hal spends his free time with his wife and two daughters. He loves old stuff, history, loud music (ask him about Jimmy Page), documentaries and the outdoors.
As a partner and account manager here at Anchor, Kerry Heid is responsible for keeping the agency and its clients moving full speed ahead. She also oversees the books and serves as office manager. Kerry began working at Anchor in 2007, and soon moved into a leadership role, assuming part ownership in early 2009. A Minneapolis, Minnesota, native, Kerry attended the University of North Dakota on a volleyball scholarship and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing. In her spare time, Kerry focuses her time on her husband and twin daughters. Like their mother, the girls are athletes and their sports schedules keep Kerry and Brent in constant motion. She also still plays volleyball herself, and her competitive nature hasn’t faded one bit since college.
